What is 24 Sends In-line?
24 Sends In-line is a Max for Live device specifically designed to enhance the management of auxiliary sends in Ableton Live using Mackie Control-type MIDI controllers such as Behringer X-Touch, Icon QCon, and others.
When utilizing Mackie Control-type controllers in "send" mode with Ableton Live, you may have faced limitations, as you could only manipulate the sends of the selected track. With 24 Sends In-line, you can overcome these constraints. Simply place the device on each return track in your Ableton Live sequencer and select it using your Mackie Control-type controller, just as you would with any other plugin. By selecting it on the "RETURN A" track, for instance, you gain direct access to a comprehensive view of the "A" auxiliary send values for the first eight tracks, displayed on your controller's screen. Pressing the "flip" button on your controller allows you to control the "A" sends of the initial eight tracks of your project using the faders.
24 Sends In-line features three banks, each capable of accommodating a selection of 8 or 24 tracks, depending on your Mackie Control-type controller configuration. This extensive capability enables you to easily navigate and manipulate a broad range of tracks and their corresponding auxiliary sends.
IMPORTANT
"24 SENDS INLINE" is an M4L plugin available for both Mac OS and Windows.
