Important
ABK-LXT works with one MCU alone and you can add one or two Extenders maximum .
Using ABK-LE is straightforward. Here's a simple guide:
1) Forget about the "IN/OUT, PAN, SEND, and PLUG-IN" buttons - they are bypassed and replaced by other MIDI notes. You can map these MIDI notes to the functions of your choice using Ableton's MIDI mapping feature (refer to the Ableton tutorial for more details).
2) To access the bypassed functions, follow these steps using the "SELECT" buttons for each channel strip:
3) In Mixer mode, when you change banks or tracks or press the "RETURN" button on your controller, the tracks are tracked in the Ableton Mixer view.
4) The "previous and next locator" buttons are bypassed and replaced by mappable MIDI notes.
5) The fast forward and rewind buttons function as follows: Quick click = previous/next locators, long press = fast forward/rewind.
6) The Play button acts in play/pause mode when pressed repeatedly. Holding down the Play button starts playback at the insertion point, as originally intended.
7) For Behringer X-TOUCH users, the "plugin bank up/down" buttons have been moved to the top right, based on user requests.
The remaining functions remain unchanged.
